Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to play a key role in supporting the growth of Aurigo’s private-sector solution. In this role, you will partner closely with the sales and product teams to position our software with prospective customers, translate technical capabilities into business value, and help accelerate adoption in new markets.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, business acumen, and a passion for helping clients solve complex problems through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Enablement: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations that clearly articulate the value of our software to private-sector prospects and partners.
- Solution Design: Work with customers to understand their business objectives and design tailored configurations or workflows within the private sector platform.
- Sales Partnership: Collaborate with account executives throughout the sales cycle, providing technical guidance, product insights, and responses to RFPs or technical evaluations.
- Customer Engagement: Build credibility and trust with customers through a consultative approach that combines technical knowledge with business understanding.
- Feedback Loop: Partner with product management to relay customer feedback, identify feature enhancements, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Primus.
- Market Readiness: Support go-to-market efforts, develop reusable demo assets, and contribute to sales playbooks and technical collateral for the private sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 (five) years of experience in a technical, pre-sales, or implementation role within SaaS, construction tech, or related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles.
- Construction industry experience required.
