  • This position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive

Responsibilities Prepare and ensure the organization complies with accreditation and regulatory affairs standards. Perform regulatory readiness audits and surveys and create and monitor compliance plans.

  • Conduct ongoing onsite readiness assessments (ORAs) providing the organization with a regulatory affairs and accreditation standards-centric evaluation of risk and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement a system ensuring timely, reliable evaluation of improvement to monitor progress, eliminate risk and ensure sustained adoption of improvement.
  • Demonstrate collaborative partnerships in leadership, cross functional teams, and multiple third party stakeholders within the enterprise to support successful survey and accreditation readiness and partners with leadership to establish specific accountability for all regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the operational aspects of survey management before, during and after the survey, including meeting with involved constituents to assure that preparation is completed. Coordinate with leadership and surveyors during the survey. Review and assist as needed with submissions of post-survey documents.
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding regulatory and accreditation requirements. Identify and collaborates with other subject matter experts to meet the regulatory needs of the organization. Keep abreast of regulatory and accreditation standards and maintain access to relevant reference materials for key stakeholders.

Requirements Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

  • RN HIGHLY preferred.
  • Position is remote with about 75% travel.
