Inventory Accountant

Title: Inventory Accountant

Location: Houston, TX(Remote)

Duration: Full Time

Must Haves:

●Strong NetSuite experience (hands-on, not just exposure)

●Solid understanding of inventory accounting (reconciliations, counts, accuracy)

●Loves details, accuracy, and process improvements

●Hungry, driven, focused, and willing to dig in

Day-to-Day:

●Keep inventory records 100% accurate in NetSuite

●Reconcile inventory subledger to the general ledger every month

●Help run and investigate physical/cycle counts

●Work with operations and procurement to track material costs

●Be audit-ready at all times (DCAA/DCMA)

Nice to Have:

●CPA or CPA candidate

●Government contracting knowledge (FAR/DFARS)

●Familiar with inventory valuation, serialized inventory, or WIP
