Entrepreneurship Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role We're looking for experienced entrepreneurship educators and business experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on startups, innovation, and business planning. Your real-world knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and communicates entrepreneurial concepts — making a genuine impact on the next generation of AI tools used by founders and educators worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Review startup and entrepreneurship scenarios used in AI training datasets
• Assess the soundness of business models, assumptions, and go-to-market strategies
• Identify unrealistic financial projections, flawed reasoning, or impractical advice
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the practical relevance of AI outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or innovation
• Strong understanding of business models, lean startup methodology, and early-stage decision-making
• Able to critically evaluate written business plans and identify weaknesses with clarity
• Comfortable providing applied, real-world feedback in structured formats
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• MBA or graduate degree with an entrepreneurship or business focus
• Experience as a founder, startup advisor, or early-stage investor
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
