What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated English content for grammar, tone, clarity, and style issues
• Improve readability and flow without altering the original meaning
• Flag inconsistencies, ambiguous language, and structural weaknesses
• Apply consistent editorial judgment across a high volume of content
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI systems improve over time
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Strong proofreading and editing instincts with a sharp eye for detail
• Excellent command of written English — grammar, syntax, tone, and style
• Comfortable evaluating large volumes of content efficiently and consistently
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in editing, copywriting, content strategy, or journalism
• Experience with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI writing tools or content evaluation workflows
