Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)About The Role We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring real-world healthcare IT knowledge to cutting-edge AI development. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your background in hospital IT and clinical systems in a flexible, fully remote contract role that goes beyond traditional support work.

What You'll Do
- Apply your clinical systems expertise to evaluate, test, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated content related to healthcare IT
- Review AI outputs covering topics such as EHR workflows, clinical application troubleshooting, system optimization, and hospital infrastructure
- Identify inaccuracies, gaps in clinical reasoning, and areas where AI responses fall short of real-world healthcare IT standards
- Translate clinical and operational knowledge into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooting and system analysis skills
- Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical solutions
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, task-based environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with clinical interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Background working across multiple clinical environments or health systems
