Primary Skills: IT Program Management - Expert, Agile/Scrum Methodologies - Expert, Release & Change Management - Advanced, Lead-to-Cash Systems - Advanced, Agile & Program Management Tools (Jira/Azure DevOps/Rally) - Advanced Contract Type:  W2 Duration:  12+ Months Location: Remote ( Remote) Pay Range: $73 - $78.00 #LP Job Summary: The Program Manager will lead Agile-based IT programs supporting Lead-to-Cash business applications. This role is responsible for sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and release management to ensure successful and timely execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage Sprint calendars and delivery milestones
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives, and Release Readiness Reviews
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Lead-to-Cash business application programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery
• Track program risks, dependencies, and issues, and manage mitigation plans
• Support release, go-live, and change management activities

Must-Have Skills:

• Agile / Scrum program management experience
• Strong hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• IT program management with large-scale or enterprise systems
• Release and change management experience
• Experience using Agile and program management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)

Industry Experience:

• Enterprise IT / Business Applications
• CRM, Finance, Order Management, or Revenue Systems
• Experience supporting Lead-to-Cash processes preferred
