AI & Data Associate Analyst

Overview:

The AI & Data Associate Analyst role is part of Financial Services Office (FSO), supporting clients with data, technology, and analytics solutions. You’ll work with teams to help build and test code, support data processes, and contribute to technology‑driven projects that improve how financial services organizations operate.

What you’ll do:

• Support all phases of project delivery: planning, analysis, development, and deployment.
• Help create requirements, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Develop and test code based on specifications.
• Work with senior team members to deliver data and analytics solutions for clients.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or greater in these fields (Math, Statistics, MIS, etc.).
• Strong programming skills (Java preferred; Python, SQL, JavaScript, C#, R a plus).
• Interest in AI, data, cloud technologies, and problem‑solving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation:
