Change Management Manager – Global Supply Chain Transformation

Position Overview:

The Change Management Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing the change management strategy, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans that support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives across client’s Global Supply Chain organization.

The individual will be responsible for coordinating and delivering change programs for multiple concurrent projects within a complex, global environment. These projects may involve system implementations, process redesigns, capability building, and organizational shifts.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of change frameworks, and experience working in large, matrixed global organizations—particularly in supply chain or operations settings.

Objectives:

1. Develop a robust change management playbook and governance model for use across the organization and transformation projects.

- Strong track record working on multiple large-scale initiatives in a matrixed corporate environment.

- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotech sectors.
