Production Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote Contract)

My client, a leading education and publishing company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team on a part-time contract basis. This role will report to a Senior Project Manager and support the coordination and tracking of creative, content, and product-related projects.

Details:

• Contract Length: 6 months
• Schedule: 10 hours per week, flexible (2–3 hours a day during CT business hours, or spread across multiple days)
• Pay: $27/hour
• Location: Fully remote
• Equipment: Candidate must provide their own laptop with Adobe, Word, and Excel installed. A K4 license will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Project Manager with tracking and reporting project status
• Create, track, and receive project transmittals
• Update reports, trackers, and schedules (Smartsheet)
• Move and manage files in SharePoint and Adobe Cloud
• Check in with teams, schedule meetings, and collect deliverables
• Compare schedules and report on component status
• Provide general support to ensure projects stay on track

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Smartsheet experience
• Adobe and SharePoint familiarity
• MS Teams knowledge a plus
• K4 publishing software knowledge a plus (license provided)

Preferred Background & Attributes:

• Experience in print production a plus
