Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fully Remote)

Job Description:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and evaluating candidates across a variety of technical roles. This individual will focus heavily on proactive outreach and pipeline development, playing a key role in identifying hard-to-find talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment and brings a strong sense of ownership and urgency to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage qualified candidates for technical roles including engineering, UX, and product
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build strong talent pipelines
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical capabilities and overall fit
- Manage a high volume of open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Maintain organized tracking of candidates and recruiting activity
- Consistently deliver strong candidate flow and meet recruiting goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in technical recruiting
- Demonstrated success sourcing and placing technical candidates
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing passive talent
- Ability to assess technical skill sets across multiple disciplines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with tools such as Outlook, Excel, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday)
