Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring for a Recruiter to work fully remote who is responsible for high-volume recruitment, particularly for process servers, and includes tasks like high-volume outreach, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Key duties involve partnering with hiring managers, drafting and posting job descriptions, preparing offer letters, and generating reports on recruitment metrics. A strong candidate for this role has experience in high-volume recruiting, is detail-oriented, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit candidates: Focus on high-volume recruitment of process servers across the US, using high-volume outreach and market trend strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process: Schedule and conduct interviews, serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, and ensure they receive timely updates.
- Handle administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records in the ATS, assist in drafting and posting job descriptions, and prepare offer letters and employment agreements.
- Collaborate with teams: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
- Support pre-employment screenings: Assist with background checks and employment verifications.
- Reporting and analysis: Generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed.
Required qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Skills: Experience with high-volume, metric-driven recruiting and creating/maintaining pipelines in a CRM or ATS. Proficiency in Excel and creating e-marketing campaigns is also a plus.
- Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Legal recruiting experience or legal knowledge is preferred
