• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and other potential clients to promote toxicology testing services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of our services.
• Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service.
• Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management using Microsoft Office tools.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in medical or pharmaceutical sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful account management.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes and the ability to understand complex scientific concepts related to toxicology testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Organizational skills that enable effective management of multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, call center operations, data entry, outbound calls, cold calling, customer support, and order processing.

Genco Lab LLC, located in Branford, CT, is a reference laboratory that specializes in clinical testing services, including toxicology, COVID-19, pathogen, and genetic testing.
