Project Manager

Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day direction required to lead the project execution team to meet or exceed safety, financial, operational, and customer goals. This role involves ensuring that senior leaders, both on and off the project, are informed and engaged, while coordinating the functional resources needed to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project, including scope, schedule, planning, and budget, and is responsible for comprehensive project documentation and reporting. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating project status to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Manage all aspects of project implementation, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Coordinate the allocation of project resources and provide day-to-day direction to lead the project team.
• Work with PMO and other functional leaders to ensure project staffing needs are understood and met.
• Lead the implementation of the site safety plan and promote a strong safety culture.
• Develop and manage the project risk register, identifying and mitigating risks throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with the commercial management team to manage customer and subcontractor changes in accordance with contract agreements.
• Track, review, and regulate the progress and performance of site activities, initiating necessary changes.

• 5+ years of successful project management EPC experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with solar farms/ground mounted solar system installation
• Civil or electrical background

Work Environment The Project Manager will start the assignment as a Remote PM until one of two projects receives the letter to proceed. At that point, they will mobilize to the job site, with locations in IL and AL, for the duration of the project. Per diem is provided at the GSA rate, effective once mobilized to the site. The anticipated onsite work hours are 5 days a week with 10-hour shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.
