Clinical Project Manager

Job Title: Clinical Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team supporting studies focused on Obstructive Sleep Apnea. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of medical device clinical project management experience and should be willing to travel as needed for site visits and corporate meetings within the US. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and conduct multiple projects, including managing project timelines, study budgets, and initial study designs.
• Ensure the delivery of study requirements in accordance with the protocol and regulations such as GCP and ISO, as well as site needs and project timelines.
• Apply principles, concepts, and techniques for effective and proactive project management of clinical studies.
• Balance resource constraints such as time, money, people, and equipment against deliverables.
• Develop clinical study budgets and assist in quarterly departmental budgeting with input from higher-level clinical experts as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to recommend and implement methods for process improvements and addressing issues within the clinical operations department.
• Implement and maintain risk-based monitoring processes to ensure efficient and effective study management.
• Oversee and review data and monitoring reports for protocol violations and serious deviations, addressing them proactively to maintain protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on monitoring, internal procedures, and query resolution to ensure alignment and GCP compliance.

Essential Skills

• Experience in clinical trials, project management, vendor management, and clinical study management.
• Medical device project management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of international regulations and guidelines, including ISO14155, GCP, and FDA.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated high work commitment, motivation, and perseverance with attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in the field of neuromodulation or Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a plus.
• Solution-oriented with a natural ability to handle unexpected situations and implement the best solutions.

Work Environment This role offers a remote work environment with the requirement for travel as needed. The company values contributions and recognizes individual efforts, offering a lighter workload with only two studies to manage. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
