Job Title: Civil Designer

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our team, focusing on residential land development projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in land development and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, contributing to the design and planning of residential subdivisions. Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and planning for residential land development projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for creating and modifying design plans.
- Collaborate on site development, drainage, grading, and stormwater management.
- Work closely with the owner to implement designs and support project growth.
Essential Skills
- 5 years of experience with land development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with residential subdivision planning.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with HydroCAD is a plus.
- Knowledge in civil engineering, stormwater management, and site development.
Work Environment This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing independence and direct collaboration with the company owner. The company is focused on growth, offering a dynamic and evolving work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Newark, DE. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
