- 3+ years of experience with AWS QuickSight (preferred: SPICE optimization, parameters, calculated fields, embedding)

- Strong SQL and AWS data ecosystem familiarity (Redshift, Athena, Glue)
- Experience with data validation, business logic, and visualization best practices
