Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will interact with clients to evaluate their financial needs, provide personalized solutions, and drive client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, guiding customers through financial options, and delivering seamless customer service. Consultants will also engage in consultations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting experience
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a client-focused approach
