• Lead full-cycle business development: prospect, pitch, and close high-value creative engagements.
• Qualify inbound leads and proactively pursue new opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Develop tailored proposals and creative solutions that resonate with client needs and goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for new clients, from initial engagement through hand-off to delivery teams.
• Collaborate internally to ensure alignment on client vision, expectations, and creative execution.
• Support retention and expansion efforts to grow key accounts into long-term partnerships.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in client development or sales, including 3+ years in a creative agency or marketing-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in securing enterprise-level partnerships ($1M+ deals a plus).
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Strategic thinker who can build and execute scalable account plans.
• Passion for design, creativity, and helping brands bring their vision to life.
