Role Description This is a full-time, remote Deal Maker role responsible for sourcing and evaluating deal flow for our finance team to fund.

The Deal Maker will identify and qualify founders, build and maintain a robust pipeline of funding opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong skills in deal sourcing, pipeline management, and relationship building with founders.

Experience in financial or commercial analysis, including company research, basic valuation concepts, and due diligence support.

Proficiency in negotiation support, transaction structuring, and managing deal documentation workflows.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
