Cadence is a clinical AI company that delivers continuous, proactive care for older adults with chronic conditions like hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes. We pair patients with a dedicated clinical team, integrate deeply into health system EMRs and workflows, and use our Clinical Intelligence platform to monitor vitals, surface risk early, optimize medications, and close care gaps between visits. The result: patients engage with care 100x more than before Cadence, clinicians focus on judgment instead of administrative work, and Medicare saves $2M a week. We operate as a full clinical care delivery organization, not a software vendor. Our clinicians work alongside health system partners, extending the reach of local primary care providers into patients' homes. We're now applying AI agents across these workflows – from alert review and medication titration to lifestyle coaching and care coordination – with clinicians always in control of clinical decisions. Cadence Solutions is seeking a Data Analytics Lead who is passionate about uncovering insights that inform exceptional customer and user experiences. You will play a leading role in defining KPIs and building data models that help operationalize and scale core business functions. You’ll drive Cadence’s analytics roadmap by partnering closely with product, operations, customer-facing teams, and business leaders. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making and help shape Cadence’s deeply data-driven culture. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work closely with teams across the organization (Product Management, Care Delivery, Operations, Customer Success) to organize, prioritize, and execute a roadmap designed to provide quick and scalable analytical support.
  • Develop, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that contain actionable metrics to monitor growth, engagement, and clinical outcomes at Cadence.
  • Build analyses to uncover metrics that demonstrate Cadence's value to patients and customers.
  • Work with operations leaders to establish models for revenue and staffing.
  • Explore patient vitals, electronic health records, and patient and clinician-generated data to discover insights that benefit clinical care and health outcomes in patients, and influence the product strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data needs and inform what data should be collected and how.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL or other data querying languages
  • Hands-on experience with modern data stacks and tools such as Snowflake, Fivetran, and dbt (or equivalent technologies)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Practical knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques
  • Experience building and maintaining analytics, reporting, and dashboarding solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Noteworthy Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay for this role typically ranges between $155,000 – $205,000 annual base salary. The actual base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, skills, training, and business needs. Compensation may vary based on market location and is subject to change.
