The Freight Agent will be responsible for connecting clients with efficient transportation options, coordinating shipments, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring on-time delivery. Additional responsibilities include negotiating rates, managing schedules, and collaborating with carriers and customers to resolve issues promptly. Qualifications

• Expertise in logistics, transportation management, freight brokerage, and supply chain management
• Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide top-tier client support
• Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Experience with freight management software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
